Immobilisation
of your vehicle has never been this easy. Simply switch off the
engine, lock the doors and walk away while the immobiliser takes
care of the rest. When returning to your vehicle, put the key
into the ignition, and start the vehicle - no buttons to be pushed,
no jackplugs or touchkeys to be inserted, no code numbers to be
entered.
The success of this system lies with
the small Texas Instruments Tiris transponder, sealed in a rugged
housing and attached to the key-ring. An energy source in the
form of a coil is fitted out of sight under the steering column,
and this interrogates the transponder attached to your key-ring.
If the code is right, you may start the vehicle. If the code is
wrong, or no transponder is attached to your key ring, the vehicle
does not start and remains exactly where it is!

629Ti Touchkey
Immobiliser
The
629Ti is an effective two circuit immobiliser which arms automatically
30 seconds after ignition is switched off.
Deactivation is achieved by momentarily
inserting the touchkey into the backlit flushmount receptacle.
The backlit receptacle makes it easy to deactivate even in the
dark. This light also acts as a strong visual deterrent to car
thieves.

674Ri Encrypted
Remote Immobiliser
The
674Ri is an encrypted remote immobiliser with the added facility
to interface into the vehicle's central locking and electric window
closing (if fitted) or control retrofitted central locking motors.
The system can be programmed to lock
the doors when starting and unlock them when switching the ignition
off if desired. The system will flash the indicators once for
lock and twice for unlock.
674Ri is well priced and gives the
customer excellent security as well as the facility to interface
to the vehicle's central locking without having to pay the price
of a full house system.
